Hey Xposure community,
What a whirlwind year it's been! I can hardly believe we're already in April. It feels like just yesterday when we gathered in Vegas for a Taste of DE&I, a conversation alongside Brandon Night, Devon Adams, and the team from Mobileogy at Dell. Discussing the current state of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the business world truly highlighted its significant impact.
The roundtable discussions that followed were nothing short of exhilarating. Delving into topics like the surge in innovation and creativity, talent attraction and retention, market expansion, global competitiveness, and the role of AI, we uncovered so many valuable insights. These conversations were not only enlightening but also invigorating.
Moving on, our channel event, hosted with the CBS team and other vendors, marked another highlight of the year. It’s been fantastic seeing the community come together, especially since Xposure has been hard at work behind the scenes. My board members and I have been engrossed in developing new projects and strategies to enhance engagement within our community.
Exciting news is on the horizon: Xposure is undergoing a rebranding! We are transitioning to become a culture and belonging organization, with a renewed focus on retention and recruitment, extending beyond the channel to the wider community.
Our interaction with partners across various sectors, including telecommunications, MSP, and technology brokerage, has been incredibly rewarding. It’s amazing to witness the entrepreneurial spirit and the efforts to integrate technology for community advancement.
